Every number on the page updates as you move a slider: the phone alerts, the totals above, and each trade below.
Drag any cost bar or draw marker left or right to change when it happens. Red shading is money the builder is floating out of pocket. Costs come from the projected job costs, including any what-if settings above; draw amounts come from the contract price. Timing is illustrative: replace it with the real schedule and the lender's draw terms.
Daily cost position by trade, automatic invoice capture, and alerts before overruns get expensive.
Draw packets, a 13-week cash forecast, and change orders priced with margin built in.
Real cost per square foot by trade from finished jobs, and which subs land on budget.
Job photos become portfolio pages, posts, case studies and drafted follow-ups.
Clean job-level financials for lenders, and the tracking a project manager would do.
You keep building. I set this up, keep it running, review the alerts with you weekly, and turn finished jobs into new ones.
Assumptions in this demo: one building about 100 ft long. About 50 ft is the residential side with roughly 1,400 sq ft of finished living space; the other 50 ft is the garage, about 30 ft tall, with a storage loft above. The garage, storage loft, and stairs are non-livable storage and are not counted in the living square footage. About 1,200 sq ft of covered decks and porches. Rural site assumed to need a well, septic, power extension, and hillside grading. Standing-seam metal roof, board-and-batten siding, heavy timber posts on concrete piers, and metal railings as seen in the photo. Fixed-price contract of $1,120,000; cost budget of $955,500 plus $30,000 contingency. Replay dates assume an April 2025 start and a late-March 2026 finish. All figures are illustrative and should be replaced with the builder's actual estimate, bids, and invoices.
This is a sample job with planning numbers. I build the real version on your estimates, invoices, and draw schedule, then train your team to run it.
