Equestrian operations consultingRun like the best programs in the world, at any size

I'm a lifelong equestrian with a long competitive history in the U.S. and internationally, and I've worked behind the scenes of large international operations. I bring that discipline to every barn, from a major program to a family farm that wants its horses and its business to run like a well-tuned machine.

International purchases and imports

I assist on the operational side of brokered international horse purchases and imports from Europe and South America: coordinating shipping logistics and bills of lading, aligning with FEI veterinary standards, and managing quarantine requirements, so the purchase arrives as planned and the paperwork holds up.

Running a large operation

  • Staffing: roles, schedules, hiring, and bilingual training for grooms, riders, and barn managers.
  • Contracts: boarding, training, lease, and service agreements that protect both sides.
  • Dispute resolution: documented, fair processes for the disagreements every operation eventually faces.
  • Financial tracking: reconciliation, invoicing, deposits, and income and expense reporting by client and horse.

Facility systems for any size

Boarding and booking systems, client communication, seasonal and circuit marketing, trainer outreach, and the water and irrigation planning a facility depends on. A small farm gets the same structure as a major program, sized to fit.

Do you help with importing horses from Europe or South America?

Yes. I assist with the operational side of brokered international purchases and imports, including shipping logistics, bills of lading, FEI veterinary standards, and quarantine requirements.

Do you work with small farms or only large programs?

Both. The same systems that run a large international operation can be sized for a family farm.

Can you help with boarding contracts and disputes?

Yes. I help put clear boarding, training, and lease agreements in place and set up documented processes for resolving disputes.
